To ensure the correct delivery of your parcel within the timescales we specify, it is important that your address is correct and contains all relevant and necessary details. Providing accurate abbreviations, street numbers, house or apartment numbers and route information (if applicable) is crucial for prompt delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered items if the address details provided are inaccurate or were entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders are usually processed within 3 working days of the order date and dispatched the next day after processing. Please note: There is no shipping on weekends.

Note: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer make any changes.

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. The usual delivery time is 9-12 working days, depending on your location.
