When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders are usually processed within 3 working days of the order date and dispatched the next day after processing. Please note: There is no shipping on weekends.

How long does it take until I receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 working days for processing. The usual delivery time is 9-12 working days, depending on your location.
